The Woodruff House, is listed on the National Register of Historic Houses. It was the home of Colonel Woodruff in 1880. Restored in 1982 it has one and two bedroom units, a washer/dryer in the laundry room and basement storage space. The lighted back yard patio is available to residents to use. Mail delivery is secured a lockbox in the front entryway.
