"I have lived in this apartment since September and could not have asked for a better experience. The neighbors are very friendly, quiet and gracious. There have been many occasions where we will cook for each other and sit around the fire pit in the community garden. Joan, the landlord owns properties in the neighborhood, does an excellent job of taking care of her tenants and is easily accessible as she lives 2 doors down! Any issues with your apartment are handled promptly. The historic Hawley Green neighborhood is quaint and filled with people looking to create a thriving community. Get in while you can!"
